Customer registration requirement
Any natural or legal person who intends to make a purchase through the livia-m.com e-commerce store must complete and confirm the accuracy of the data on the registration form found here, thereby creating their customer profile. By creating a customer profile, the registered person:
1. Acquires a username and password with which he identifies himself in the livia-m.com store;
2. Expresses agreement with these General Terms and Conditions for shopping in the livia-m.com store;
3. Gets the right to make valid orders for the purchase of goods offered by the livia-m.com store, as well as to refuse their execution in due order.

Livia-m.com reserves the right to deny access, terminate a customer's registration, remove or edit content, or refuse to fulfill orders at its sole discretion. If an order is refused, it will be at no cost to the Customer. By agreeing to receive the newsletter and other e-mail communications, the customer agrees to the Privacy Policy.

Shopping procedure
When you place an order to purchase a product from the livia-m.com store, we send you an e-mail confirming its acceptance, containing the details of the order. An order placed through the livia-m.com online store constitutes and is considered an offer to purchase a product "subject to consideration". After checking all availability of the order, we send you a second e-mail confirmation, after which the order is executed. In the event that the ordered goods are not available, a livia-m.com representative will contact the customer. When making the purchase, the customer is required to:
1. To indicate a valid delivery address, e-mail and contact phone number.
2. To activate the execution of the order by pressing the "Confirm order" button.
3. To pay for the ordered goods. The order is considered accepted and enters into the execution process only after payment has been made by the customer, except for cases with cash on delivery as a payment method.
The customer receives an additional e-mail with a request for feedback on the quality of service and the ordered goods two weeks after the delivery of the order.

Rights and obligations of the parties
​Livia-m.com store undertakes to deliver the ordered goods within the agreed time. Shop livia-m.com undertakes to fulfill the arrangements with the customer with due care. The livia-m.com store is not responsible for inaccuracies in the product information provided by the manufacturer. The livia-m.com store is not obliged to deliver ordered goods if the address or phone number is incorrect. Store livia-m.com is not responsible for any delay or inability to fulfill its obligations, in the event of circumstances beyond the control of store livia-m.com.

I. The customer has the right to request the return of the goods in case of detected shortages or when the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the ordered ones and this was not possible to establish at the time of acceptance of the shipment. Complaints in the case of detected deficiencies and obvious inconsistencies must be submitted within 3 (three) working days after receipt of the shipment.
II. The customer has the right to request the return of the goods if, due to incorrect transportation, visible defects can be found on the goods. In this case, the customer must not sign the documents accompanying the delivery that he has received the goods and must notify us immediately. The customer has the right to request the return of the goods when the price he has to pay does not correspond to the agreed price.
III. The customer has the right, without owing compensation, to withdraw from the concluded contract within a period of 7 (seven) days, starting from the day following receipt of the goods. In this case, the goods must be returned in preserved original packaging, unused, in commercial condition and with intact integrity. The costs of returning the goods are for the account of the Customer. When submitting a complaint, the user can claim a refund of the amount paid or a deduction from the price. When submitting a claim, a representative of the livia-m.com store may request a photo or the return of the damaged goods as proof of the basis of the claim. IV. The customer undertakes to provide a valid phone number and delivery address. The customer undertakes to pay the price of the ordered goods.
V. The customer undertakes to pay the amount for other costs, such as delivery, additional packaging and others, as agreed.
VI. The customer undertakes to ensure the possibility of receiving the ordered goods and undertakes to receive the ordered goods.
VII. The customer bears full responsibility for the protection or transfer to third parties of his username and password, as well as for all actions performed with them.
VIII. The customer undertakes not to place fictitious orders, fictitious product reviews or submit other false information.
IX. The customer undertakes not to violate the property or non-property rights of others. To comply with the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and these General Terms and Conditions for shopping in the livia-m.com store.

Individual orders
​​​​​​​A custom order is an order with dimensions provided by the customer. Each individual order is confirmed after an advance payment of at least 50% of its value has been made. Individual orders or parts of them are not subject to return or exchange. Exceptions are made in cases where there is a manufacturing defect, where the complaint procedure is applied.

Protection of personal data
I. Livia-m.com store undertakes to use the client's personal data solely and exclusively for the purposes provided for in these General Terms and Conditions. If the customer has declared false information, this obligation is considered invalid.
II. Livia-m.com store undertakes not to disclose the customer's personal data to third parties unless it has received express permission from him for this, or the information must be provided to the relevant authorities under Bulgarian legislation.
III. Livia-m.com store undertakes to use the personal data you provide us only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

If you have given your consent to be notified of new products and promotions that would be of interest to you, when you create a customer profile you will be given the opportunity to express your consent to receive information from the livia-m.com store by e-mail, for products, promotions and special offers. In case you do not wish to receive any feedback from the livia-m.com store, please tick the appropriate box.

Legal regulation
​​​​​​​For all unresolved issues from these General Terms and Conditions between the livia-m.com store and the customer, the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.

Delivery conditions
Art. 13. The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out under the following conditions:
It.1. The ordered goods are delivered to the address specified by the Customer. The customer assumes the obligation to provide access and the opportunity to receive the goods.
It. 2. The goods ordered by the Customer are delivered within 10 (ten) working days to the address specified by the Customer, provided that the order is confirmed by the User and the delivery address is specified accurately and is valid.
It. 3. The ordered goods are delivered appropriately packaged according to their type and the transport used for delivery.
It. 4. If the Customer is not found within the deadline for delivery to the specified address or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this deadline, the order is considered canceled and the Seller is released from his obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.
It. 5. In the event that the Customer confirms his desire to receive the ordered goods and after the expiration of the delivery period, in which he was not found at the address, he shall bear the costs of the additional delivery. The costs for the second delivery are paid upon receipt of the goods, together with the total amount for the order and the first delivery.
It. 6. If a third party undertakes to accept and confirm the receipt of the ordered goods on behalf of the original Customer who placed the order, the latter has no right to return the goods or make objections regarding the delivery.

Method of payment
Payment for the ordered goods is carried out in the following ways:
1. By cash on delivery - payment for the selected product is made at the time of delivery, and the corresponding amount is transferred to the courier;
2. By card - payment of the order by credit/debit card. The types of cards accepted are: MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY;
• When paying by card:
- A payment page of our servicing bank (OBB) opens, where you enter your card details.
- If you are registered in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your Issuing bank opens, where you enter your authentication password.
- Upon a successful transaction (authorization received), a transaction note is displayed on the screen, which you print or save. Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will only be accepted if it is registered to participate in the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode online authentication schemes. The maximum amount for a transaction is BGN 10,000.
Through the e-pay system the transaction currency when paying by card is Bulgarian lev (BGN). If there are prices on the site in currencies other than Bulgarian Lev, they are for informational purposes only and may not be exactly the same as the amount charged to your card in the same currency.
