How can I order
When registering and/or ordering by phone, e-mail or in the online store www.livia-m.com, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Phone order
If you wish to order the products you have selected immediately, you can do so over the phone. A Livia-M employee will answer all questions related to the order, all you need to do is dictate the type and number of desired items, contact person, phone number and delivery address. Phone orders are accepted every weekday from 09:00 to 18:00 on phone 0888 613 429.
2. E-mail order
You can also order the products you want by e-mail at livia-m@livia-m.com by sending us your details - name, delivery address and phone number, as well as details of the items and quantities you are ordering. To avoid confusion, we recommend that you also send us links to the desired products.
3. Online order
Ordering through the site gives you the opportunity to create your own individual profile where you can track the status of your current orders, view old orders and save favorite items. I. Product Selection and Quantity Each product page has a product name, a short description, a choice of colors (if there is more than one color), and sizes. To the right of each size is an "Add to Cart" button. To add a product to your shopping bag, you only need to press this button against the size you want. If you want another piece of the same item, press the button again. To access your shopping bag, press the "Order" button.
I. Product Selection and Quantity

To add a product to your shopping bag, you only need to press this button against the size you want. If you want another piece of the same item, press the button again. To access your shopping bag, press the "Order" button.
II. Shopping Bag
Adjustments Once the desired products have been added to your shopping bag, they are already in your shopping bag. The shopping bag is located in the upper left corner of the online store. In it, you can change the quantity of the selected items and delete them. If you wish to add more items to your shopping bag, press the "Continue Shopping" button in the lower left corner of the shopping bag. If you are satisfied with the contents of the shopping bag and wish to order the selected items, press the "Send order" button.
III. Choosing a delivery address, delivery method, payment method and confirming the order
Once you have approved the contents of your shopping bag, clicking the "Submit Order" button will take you to the final page of the order process, where you can enter your shipping address, shipping method, payment method, and confirm your order.
Step 1. Shipping address. The address you entered will be saved and you won't need to enter it again the next time you order. However, if you wish, you can enter a new shipping address on your next order. To correct the shipping address, press the "change" button in the upper right corner of the "Shipping address" section. To save the address you entered, press the "Save" button located at the bottom of the "Delivery address" section.
Step 2. Delivery. Here you can choose delivery to your home or to the office of a courier company specified by you. In case you choose delivery to the office of a courier company and there is more than one office of this company in your town, in the "comment" field at the bottom, please note the address of the office from which you wish to pick up your order. 
Delivery time. The exact delivery time depends on the products you choose, their quantities and availability. The usual delivery time for products is 10 working days after order confirmation. For information on the delivery time of a specific product, please see the "Delivery" field for the same product. In case there is a difference between the specified delivery time and the actual one, we will inform you further. In case you order two or more products with different delivery times, the longer one is valid.
Step 3. Method of payment. The following payment methods are available to our customers:
I. Cash on delivery. The payment of the order is made at the time of its receipt in cash or with the courier's card. The cash on delivery amount includes the price of the items ordered and the cost of delivery. The cash on delivery note issued by the courier company is equivalent to a receipt, therefore we do not issue one in this case. For more information, see the "Payments" section of the respective product.
II. Payment by debit/credit cards through the virtual post terminal To correct the payment method, press the "Change" button in the upper right corner of a section.
Step 4. Comment. Optionally, you can leave us a comment in this field. For example, a note about a desired delivery time, a wish to issue an invoice, etc. To edit your comment, click the "Edit" button in the upper right corner of the "Comment" section. To save your comment, press the "Save" button located at the bottom of the "Comment" section.
Step 5. Review and Finish. To confirm your order, you must agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the online store by checking the appropriate box and pressing the "Complete order" button at the bottom of the page. When you complete the order, a letter confirming that your order has been accepted will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive such a letter within 1 day, please contact us at the coordinates here.
All requested orders by 10:00 a.m. on a weekday are processed within the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day. Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first working day after them.

Cancellation of purchase
"Livia-M" guarantees the quality of all its products, but in case they do not meet your requirements, you have the right to refuse one or more items from your order within 14 days after receiving it by sending it to us for Your bill, along with the accompanying opt-out form at the address from which it was sent. Please note the following:
• When returning a refused item, it must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, courier bill of lading or invoice) and a purchase cancellation form (received with the shipment), unused, unwrapped and in preserved commercial condition, with preserved original packaging, addressed to our address for correspondence: Sofia, gh. Shooting range 24. If the purchase cancellation form is not in the shipment, please write to us at livia-m@livia-m.com;
• We' d like to ask you to take care of the products while they are with you, as well as when you return them, to avoid damage or loss in transit;
• Do not forget to keep the note from the courier company as proof that your package has been sent. Otherwise, you bear the risk of loss of the goods before we receive them;
• For hygiene reasons, bed linen, pillows, duvet covers, pillow protectors and mattresses in open packaging cannot be refused or returned, unless it is within the customer's right to return them, i.e. have a defect confirmed by us;
• Individual order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Individual orders include all items according to the sizes and specifications submitted by the customer. Each individual order is confirmed with an advance of at least 50%, which is not refundable in case of refusal;
• Refunds for refused item/s are made in the form of the original payment method, i.e. if the customer paid with a debit card, the amount is refunded with a credit transaction on the same card, within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods. When paying by cash on delivery or bank transfer, the amount for the returned item/s is refunded by bank transfer to a bank account specified by the customer. The shipping amount is non-refundable;
• We do not refund items returned after the 14th day of receipt, damaged, used items or items with damaged packaging. In the event of such item/s being returned, they are returned back to the customer at their expense; • The exchange procedure is the same as the purchase cancellation procedure; • The purchase cancellation policy does not violate the customer's consumer rights in the case of defective/damaged goods.

Complaint
The complaint refers to defective or damaged goods. Upon receipt of the order, the customer has the responsibility to inspect the goods and, if there is a visible defect or damage, notify us by following the steps below.
I. Do not leave products unchecked and unwrapped.
II. Any visible damage/defects must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the goods.
With care for its customers, "Livia-M" also accepts claims for consumer goods submitted up to 14 days after the discovery of the defect/damage. Products that have been visibly used or are damaged as a result of use by the user are not accepted for complaint. The process for making a complaint is the same as for returning a product (please see the steps above).
